K2 helps you take your vision to the next level

K2 (Kingdom Katalyst) is a 501(c)3 non-profit Christian organization that serves apostolic leaders by providing professional business management services, strategic leadership development, and relationship health teaching through online training courses.

K2 is certified by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. We focus on maintaining the highest standards of excellence in running our company and we help our members do the same.

CREIGHTON ARITA

Founder, Leadership Director

Creighton is called to be a Dream Releaser for apostolic leaders. He is the Founder and Executive Pastor at C4 (Christ Centered Community Church) and the CEO of `ike, a family of innovative tech and healthcare companies based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an entrepreneur with an investment background, Creighton recognizes that without proper infrastructure, healthy culture, stability in finances, and the right people in place, it is nearly impossible to scale and sustain a kingdom platform.

When he pioneered C4, he created K2 to handle these foundational services for the ministry. Soon enough, other leaders were asking to use the services. Over time, it became clear that developing emotionally healthy leaders and relationally healthy teams was the most important metric for sustainable growth, so Creighton partnered with Beth Barone in K2 to accelerate the success in K2 member’s lives.

BETH BARONE

Relational Life Coach, Speaker, Teacher

Beth has been ministering to international leaders, both inside and outside of the church, for over three decades. As a gifted speaker, life coach, and prophetic minister, Beth focuses on bringing clarity into people’s lives to help set them free from bondage, discover who they are and how they function, and to bring healing and wholeness to their souls.

She is a licensed Foursquare pastor (since 1986), founder of BarOne Resources (since 2006), and is the creator of multiple series of live and online teachings, including CORE Values, Pure Love, Path to Freedom, The Master Plan, The Bridge, and Communion with God.

SUE MORIWAKI

Executive Director

Sue is responsible for the operations of Kingdom Katalyst and oversees the financial management services of the ministries, non-profits, and leaders of K2. She oversees the K2 staff who work with local churches across the Hawaiian Islands, a ministry in California, and the Pacific Southwest District of Foursquare.

For a decade, Sue worked in finance for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, becoming their Senior Vice President and CFO, overseeing all the financial reporting, investments, budgeting, tax returns, financial analysis and planning for the organization. She carries the wisdom and experience to help you walk through the massive amounts of practical, financial, and legal details you face as you work to see your vision become a reality.

Our Board of Directors

K2 Hawaii’s Board is comprised of six voting members and two non-voting members who are all volunteers, including the founder of the company who is the Chairman. Their backgrounds and experiences include owning and operating businesses in fast-paced growing industries, as well as in the non-profit sector and the church.
